Solicitud de nulidad del trámite realizado en el marco del expediente D-14252.
Los peticionarios argumentaron la vulneración de los derechos fundamentales a la legítima defensa y debido proceso de 1200 trabajadores del Sena, aproximadamente, y, en ese sentido, alegaron como causal la contenida en el numeral 8 del artículo 133 del Código General del Proceso.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR la anterior pretensión por resultar improcedente, por no satisfacer el requisito de legitimidad.
